As Chief Operation Officer (COO) for the On Premise Suite Product Group I'm responsible for the day to day operations including optimizing resources to the most productive uses with the aim of creating maximum value for the company; developing and cascading the organizations strategy/mission statement to the organization; plan by prioritizing customer, employee and organizational requirements.

Adoption of SAP BASIS functionality (especially user management, authorizations) to SAP internal needs including the development of a centralized user management solution (prior to and different from SAP's standard solution due to specific reuirements). Responsible as "ISP Security Officer" for all SAP internal security measures related to the main business systems. In this role member of the SAP internal "Workgroup Security" with direct reporting line to the SAP Executive Board. Team lead and people manager for the "User Administration" group - including regular performance feedback reviews and personnel development of 5 people.
Responsible to support the Chief Product Owner of SAP's Application Innovation product development to drive, align and execute the multi-year product development strategy across a global development workforce (3000+ employees). This includes strategy formulation and rollout, portfolio management, execution of cross-board-area projects, meeting preparation and facilitation up to C-Level, day-to-day operations and reporting. Design Thinking and LEAN / Agile Development are the central methodologies used to put our customers into the middle of all activities.
